Dear Pastor:
My name is Rosie Gonzalez and I represent Middleman Ministries,
a 501C3 tax-exempt organization. We work with the very poor in
different villages of Mexico. The city dump area and the squatter's
camp being the ones we work the most.
Our vision is to help people be self-sufficient relying only
upon God and themselves. Our ministry includes taking food, clothing,
medicines, building homes, providing a Saturday bible class for
children and sharing the love and good news of Jesus Christ.
We opened a school in February 2004 which provides them with
adult education or a trade. Our teachers come from the Mexican
government and the students are certified with a diploma upon
completion. Anyone can give food and shelter to these people,
but we believe that teaching them to help themselves would change
their lives and that comes through education. At the present
time, we are providing 1st through 8th grade for adults 13 years
and older, sewing, beauty shop, bakery and computer classes.
Groups from different churches come to work alongside us to build
homes and minister to God's people through any of the ways I
have described. I am a gospel singer and travel the United States
singing and sharing the vision God has put upon our hearts.
One of the best ways I have seen to share the love of God with
His people is to give something to someone who cannot give anything
in return. We ask you to pray and if God leads you to get involved
and support this ministry by coming as a group or by sharing
your prayers and financial support it would be a great blessing.
Enclosed is some information to let you know how your church
group can get involved and the cost involved, also enclosed is
one of my CD's .
May the Lord Bless You!
In His Service,
Rosie Gonzalez - Middleman Ministries
